I was initially worried after reading some of the reviews about how the glitter felt on the cup. But decided to purchase anyway to see for myself since I loved the design/cup so much. I just received it yesterday (pretty fast shipping too btw) and I love it even more in person! The glitter does feel a tad bit rough on the hands...like a gritty feel (it's not a smooth glossy finish or anything) but it doesn't bother me at all. So just a matter of preference.
