I love my new cup. It keeps my ice solid for a long time and is easy to use. Comfortable to hold and durable when dropped.Love it but, I had to bling it out just a little ✅So this cup was exactly what I was looking for. Came personalized and looked perfect! But aside from the solid cup and quality artwork, I was more impressed by the company that produces it. I ordered it awhile ago expecting shipping delays with what’s going in today’s economy, and the seller did reach out to me to see if I received it and if I did if it was to my liking. I informed them I was still waiting and they immediately replied and looked into it without me even asking, went above and beyond in tracking it down and apologized profusely for the trouble and delay and offered to refund it if it did not arrive. I was thoroughly impressed. They kept in constant contact up until it’s arrival. I bought it as a gift for my dad and I already know he is going to love it! Would definitely purchase from this company again!Excellent quality productTotally solidI love the size of the cup and how it keeps my coffee warm AND especially the gnome BUT after the first couple washings the lid broke and the size of my personalized name was a bit too big and overbearing of the already humongous cup.It holds a full can of coke and 5 ice cubes cold for a whole shift!My grandson was very impressed with the flight gauges on the cup.
