I mostly love this mug, it feels quality and durable and it doesn’t leak at all. The only downsides are the top when tightened lines up in an awkward spot to the handle so when you take a sip it’s a little strange looking and the top when tightened is very hard to twist open. I usually have to grab a towel or something else to grip it and I’m always worried that I’ll rip the pop top part of the lid from twisting too hard.I think I would still buy this again and I still think this is one of the better options I’ve been able to find because of the tall shape fitting nicely in my cup holder, and because it doesn’t leak.I really like the mug, only thing is the screw on cap, if you tighten it too much, it's difficult to unscrew, especially if you have limited strength and grip. If their can be a design on the cap 1/4inch higher on the sides with rubber grip. Just a suggestion. Thank you. It's a great mug. Love it. ?I love the screw on lid and that it’s leakproof.I knocked a DIFFERENT tumbler with a press-on lid, and that lid popped off when it hit the floor, spilling the contents.This cup doesn’t do that, even after I knocked it off my desk.The downside, the handle. The cap screws on so that the drinking spot is to the left of the handle. It’s on the wrong side for me, as I drink with my left hand. Not a huge deal, I don’t use the handle, but it’s mildly irritating.I’d really rather have the (larger) tumbler with a screw on lid, but that’s not an option.As I said, I need a smaller circumference in cup so I can get my hand around it. This cup's handle is the perfect fit for me. Coffee stays hot, haven't yet tried a cold drink. I am happy with my purchase.Received one as a gift a year ago and it has been great! Doesn't leak, paint doesn't chip and the handle is perfect!Gave this to my brother for his birthday and he loves it. That man is always on the go and never seems to finish his coffee early.
